Glasni ritmični stabi in trobila legendarnega britanskega žanra, imenovanega hard house, bodo zaznamovali vrh klubske sezone kolektiva Nikola. Z otoka na gostovanje v ljubljansko podzemlje premierno prihaja Kyle Starkey.
Je najljubši producent vašega najljubšega DJ-ja, večletna skrivnost rejverske industrije, ki počasi, a zanesljivo utrjuje svoje mesto na površju. Na sceno se prebija predvsem z zavidljivimi izdajami na paleti založb, s katerimi lahko konkurira bolj prodornim glasbenim izvajalcem postkoronske ere. Arminova Armada, Agrio Tracks, za katero je zaslužen Tjade (še en bivši gost Nikole), Correspondant ter legendarni Ministry of Sound in Tidy so le nekatera izmed zvezdniških imen na njegovem CV-ju. Na letošnjem Amsterdam Dance Eventu je med drugim vrtel b2b s pajdašem Diffrentom, ki se lahko pohvali z najbolj zloglasnim poletnim hitom A Little Closer. Vsi pa vemo, da pesem What 2 Do, za katero so zaslužni Starkey, Inafekt in Da Loops, kot crowd pleaser pretekle festivalske sezone ne zaostaja veliko.
Za uvod v večer bo poskrbel Geezer, zaključek pa pripada dvojcu RotorMotor. Na barskem flooru bo mariborska ekipa Secret House skrbela za mehkejšo plat iste house medalje.

The pounding rhythmic stabs and horns of the legendary British genre known as hard house will mark the peak of the clubbing season for the Nikola collective. For the first time, Kyle Starkey is coming from the island to perform in Ljubljana’s underground.
He is your favorite DJ’s favorite producer, a long-standing mystery of the rave industry, steadily carving out his place on the surface. He’s making waves with an impressive array of releases on labels that rival the most prominent artists of the post-pandemic era. Armin’s Armada, Agrio Tracks (spearheaded by Tjade, another former Nikola guest), Correspondant, and the legendary Ministry of Sound and Tidy are just a few of the renowned names on his résumé. At this year’s Amsterdam Dance Event, he played a b2b set with his buddy Diffrent, who is responsible for the infamous summer hit A Little Closer. And let’s not forget the crowd-pleaser What 2 Do, created by Starkey, Inafekt, and Da Loops, which wasn’t far behind as one of the standout tracks of the recent festival season.
Geezer will kick off the evening, with RotorMotor taking charge of the finale. On the bar floor, Maribor’s Secret House crew will deliver the softer side of the house music spectrum.
