Predstavljamo glasbeni program festivala Grounded za leto 2024, ki na sledi najaktualnejลกim smernicam ลพe osmo leto predstavlja najvznemirljivejลกe fenomene new gen, postklubske, eksperimentalne in (pre)drzne elektronike.

Otvoritveni ฤetrtkov veฤer letos poteka v ๐‘˜๐‘™๐‘ข๐‘๐‘ข ๐บ๐‘Ÿ๐‘œ๐‘š๐‘˜๐‘Ž, kjer predstavljamo tri ekspresivne live-acte. ๐€๐ค๐ข๐ค๐จ ๐‡๐š๐ซ๐ฎ๐ง๐š, vokalistka in performerka, ki iลกฤe povezave med filmskim oblikovanjem zvoka, popom in hardcore fuzijo; vokalistka in so-vodja zaloลพbe avantgardne Dunajske zaloลพbe Ashida Park – ๐€๐๐“๐Ž๐๐ˆ๐€ ๐—๐Œ ter ๐‹๐ฎ๐ค๐š ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐œฬŒ๐ข๐œฬŒ & ๐“๐ก๐ž ๐…๐ž๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ฅ๐ณ s predstavitvijo novega albuma โ€œMad Jakaleโ€. Weโ€™re announcing this yearโ€™s music program, which, in line with the latest trends, showcases a selection of the most exciting new-gen, post-club, experimental, and bold electronica for our eighth edition.

Thursdayโ€™s opening night at ๐‘˜๐‘™๐‘ข๐‘ ๐บ๐‘Ÿ๐‘œ๐‘š๐‘˜๐‘Ž brings three expressive live-acts. ๐€๐ค๐ข๐ค๐จ ๐‡๐š๐ซ๐ฎ๐ง๐š, a vocalist and performer looking for connections between cinematic sound design, pop and hardcore fusion; ๐€๐๐“๐Ž๐๐ˆ๐€ ๐—๐Œ, vocalist and co-head of the cutting-edge Vienna based label Ashida Park and ๐‹๐ฎ๐ค๐š ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐œฬŒ๐ข๐œฬŒ & ๐“๐ก๐ž ๐…๐ž๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ฅ๐ณ, presenting their new album “Mad Jakaleโ€. The evening is rounded off by a dj set by ๐†๐๐ ๐†๐๐, the bouncy ball of the local Nimaลก Izbire club collective.

On Friday we write a new testament of the club bible at ๐บ๐‘Ž๐‘™๐‘Ž ๐ป๐‘Ž๐‘™๐‘Ž ๐Ÿ“–. Featuring ๐‘ฒ๐‘จ๐‘ฝ๐‘จ๐‘น๐‘ฐ, one of the most wave-making key rising talents of the abrasive club sound; Danish-Uruguayan DJ and producer ๐’…๐’‹ ๐’ˆ2๐’ˆ, internet-influenced sensation and rule bender; South Sudanese-Ugandan DJ and producer ๐“๐ฎ๐ซ๐ค๐š๐ง๐š, who views the dancefloor as a battlefield, feeding off the tension between oppression and liberation; Croatian sound artist and Shape 2024 Artist ๐“๐Ž๐๐Ž๐“๐€; as well as local DJ gems ๐Š๐š๐ญ๐œ๐ก๐š from the local queer Ustanova collective and Slayvenia club night resident duo ๐†๐š๐  ๐“๐ซ๐š๐ฑ๐ฑ.

Our club-resilient skin is being schorched by ๐‘๐€๐Œ๐€, Egyptian producer and DJ, co-founder of the Cairo-based independent label “irsh”; ๐€๐๐˜๐Œ๐€๐“๐ˆ, a playful producer and DJ of the youngest generation from Warsaw, who plays between genres with a joystick; Croatian dj and transgenre ZEZ Festival director ๐๐€๐๐ˆ๐‹๐Ž๐๐’๐Š๐€; Sarajevo-Amsterdamโ€™s coral researcher and member of the Radiฤ‡eva 1 queer collective ๐”๐Œ๐€๐๐„๐€; local firecracker DJ and producer ๐‘๐€๐Š๐„๐“๐€; Mr. โ€œgimmevinylโ€ ๐Ÿ—3๐ŠB and ๐†๐‘๐€๐Œ๐Œ๐€, part of the Slayyvenija club night and The BPM Police DJ duo, with a basket full of club goodies.
