DUNRAVEN (grunge/stoner, SI), INDIVIDUA (alt rock, BiH) | Gustaf Pekarna

Dunraven emerged from under the barbed wire in the valley of Bistrica ob Sotli, aka Seattle ob Sotli that has helped raise a good fistful of heavy hitting band ever since the 90s. With their mixture of distorted riffs, moody, grungy vocals and a pinch of Slavic mysticism, the trio continues the tradition. After releasing their self-titled debut to critical acclaim, they announced “Folk”, an EP of folk-song-renditions coming out this fall. After playing in Gustaf last winter, they are returning back to the crime scene.

Individua is an alt rock four-piece from Sarajevo, BiH founded in 2019. Their songs mainly explore themes of inner-reflection, loneliness and the ultimate search for meaning. They consider themselves an audio-visual-literary movement, going beyond the mere label of band, as they believe they could and should be more.
